📘 What the Program Covers

This hands-on, industry-driven program is designed to prepare students for roles in digital product management, user research, and service design. Over the course of a year, students learn to:

• Understand user needs through research, personas, JTBD
• Develop MVPs and define clear value propositions
• Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes
• Conduct usability testing using tools like Maze and Ballpark
• Manage products through Jira, Confluence, and Agile workflows
• Strategically plan, scope, prioritize, and iterate digital products
